Progressive Home Services LLC was founded in Mankato Minnesota to help home buyers, owners, sellers and real estate professionals alike. Our drive at Progressive Home Services is to offer the best possible home inspection experience and customer service in today’s industry. Part of the equation for the success of Progressive has been the growing demand for home and environmental inspection services. At Progressive, we take the time to listen to our customers understand their needs, and direct our inspection services in a way that sets us apart from the crowd.
Randy King, owner and inspector for Progressive Home Services began his career in home construction early in his life. From a very early age Randy always showed interest in building, engineering and how various components in homes such as electrical and plumbing function. At the age of 14 he began working for a local roofing and light construction company and continued to be involved in roofing homes and light construction into his early years of college. Randy has attended Minnesota State University and South Central College in Mankato.
Randy’s interests include: golf, football, fishing, business and spending time with his family and wife. Randy also enjoys learning about new advancements in the housing and real estate industries and continues to complete advanced courses for inspection professionals.
